All rooms are shared occupancy with access to shared bathrooms.
All rooms have bunk beds and we expect there to be between 3 and 5 participants sharing each room.
There is no en suite accommodation, or single rooms.
We will allocate a limited number of rooms for twin occupancy for married couples. There are no double beds.

We are delighted to offer an optional excursion day on Tuesday 25 June at the conclusion of Behold Europe. Our Icelandic team will be our guides as we see some of the spectacular sights that Iceland has to offer. The cost of the excursion day is 40€.

Once your application has been accepted, please ensure you book your flights in good time. Tourism in Iceland is almost back to pre-pandemic levels and June is a busy time. Flights will get booked and prices will rise.

Confirmation *

I confirm that I can attend for the full duration of the conference, travelling on Thursday 20-Tuesday 25 June (or Wednesday 26 June if taking part in the excursion day).

Total conference fees per person are 125€ (plus optional excursion day cost of 40€, if applicable).
Upon confirmation of your registration we will send you information about how to pay your deposit of €50 which is due within one month.
The final balance will then be due for payment by 1 April 2024.

Scholarship
