On Mission in the Pellice Valley, 2019
In September, K180 took a team of musical evangelists to Northern Italy for a weekend of mission alongside churches in the Pellice Valley. The focus of the mission was an evangelistic concert in a local theatre on the Saturday evening. Many received personal invitations to this and large posters advertising the event were seen throughout the valley in the lead-up to the weekend. The team were comprised of evangelists “Revelation Daze” (Keith & Jenny), “Crazy4Christ” (Denzil), Gareth, and Manuel. Our key contacts, church leader Assuero and his wife Lorena, served alongside us as we shared the Gospel through music, testimony, and preaching on the streets, inviting people to the concert event. We also had the opportunity on Friday afternoon to lead a Gospel concert in a home for older people in Luserna. Many people heard the Gospel message and appreciated the team being there. On Sunday, the team served at a Pentecostal church in Luserna, close to the concert venue. After a song and Keith’s testimony, Gareth preached. Three people indicated a response to the Gospel and were led in a prayer of commitment. About six others responded to indicate a desire for a greater burden for the lost and were prayed for. In the afternoon, the team ministered at a Salvation Army service. Alongside Denzil sharing his testimony, the team played two songs. |
"Being part of the K180 mission trip to Italy has been one of the highlights of our Christian journey so far. This ministry team have made us feel like family from the get go and to see how they operate with total dedication, humility and integrity has been inspiring and blessed us beyond words." |
On Mission in the Pellice Valley, 2018
It was a wonderful privilege for a K180 team to be involved in a week-long evangelistic campaign in the Torre Pellice area of north west Italy. With four churches working together and with other ministries invited, it was a week of solid outreach with street ministry during the day and evangelistic events every evening. There were so many conversations and several who professed faith in Christ. One life transformed alters history for generations to come. Thank You Jesus! |
