HM Belgium France 2022...The HM Belgium and France teams collaborated for the first in-person post-Covid HM training which took place in Braives, Belgium at the end of October. Guest speakers included Pastor Stuart Shackleton from the UK, and a former HM Belgium graduate. We also received an afternoon visit from another HM graduate. After the long break in face-to-face training due to Covid, it was wonderful to get back to in-person training and a blessing to have participants from Belgium and France exploring the 8 core values together.

HM Online in French 2020...

Our teams in Belgium, France and Luxembourg planned this online training with partners in France, and were greatly encouraged to see circa 90 participants completing the training. Whilst largely from French-speaking Europe, there were several other French-speaking countries from around the world represented. Taking place over 5 weeks - every Monday in November - participants experienced 12 sessions covering the 8 Core Values. Many testimonies were received afterwards, a couple of which are reproduced here...

HM France 2019...The first History Makers taught in French in France took place this summer! Meeting in the south of Paris, and in some very hot temperatures, the participants were encouraged and equipped with some great input from our French and US faculty. Despite the heat, and lack of air conditioning(!) all agreed it was so good to come aside for the week, seeking the Lord and to grow in our understanding of what it means to be called to Gospel centered leadership today. We look forward to seeing how History Makers France develops as we move forward. We pray the Lord will use this tool for His glory throughout France.

HM France 2016...April 2016 saw the first History Makers initiative in France. Based at the 'Evidence - Centre Evangelique International' in the south of Paris, around 60 gathered for 4 half-days of training. In many ways this was an introduction to History Makers and was centred around the Spanish-speaking congregation. We were delighted to have our HM Champion from Spain, Saul Valle, joining the faculty team. The training was well received and there is much enthusiasm in preparing for next year and a full History Makers residential week in french!
